The strategic partnership between Arctic Stream and Data Core Systems aims to expand our portfolio so that we can offer our clients the most advanced IT services in Romania, particularly in IT solutions integration and cybersecurity services.

Both companies have extensive experience in complementary fields, certifications from top vendors, a broad client portfolio across various industries, but – most importantly – they share the same values and perspectives on business development.

Data Core Systems is a cybersecurity solutions integrator, founded in 2012 and based in Bucharest, providing comprehensive services and solutions such as prevention, detection and response to various cyber threats. The team holds over 120 technical certifications and has partnerships with more than 50 technology providers. The top 10 banks in Romania work with Data Core Systems for cybersecurity services. As of August 2024, the company is recognized as an authorized auditor for the NIS Directive by the National Cybersecurity Directorate of Romania.

Optimizor and Arctic Stream entered into a partnership in May 2025 to accelerate the development of the IT Managed Services segment in the local market.

The partnership aims to strengthen the Managed IT Services line, expand the portfolio in the Microsoft Security area (including alignment with the NIS 2 Directive) and develop advanced automation solutions. All these initiatives are integrated into a model focused on operational excellence and delivering a tangible impact for clients.

Arctic Stream’s expertise in network infrastructure, advanced security and data centers combines seamlessly with Optimizor’s competencies in IT administration, Microsoft Security and automation with Ansible, for on-premises, cloud or hybrid infrastructures.

Optimizor works with organizations in the United States, including Forbes 500 companies, delivering IT management, automation and security services for critical infrastructures.

The partnership with Faur.ai was established in March 2026. Faur.ai is a Romanian company dedicated to the research and development of Artificial Intelligence solutions, founded by researchers, engineers and business leaders and winner of the “Best Product” award at Innovation Labs Romania 2025.

Faur.ai develops a private, on-premises AI platform for enterprises and the public sector, designed for environments with strict data security requirements. The platform unifies and analyzes data from multiple sources (documents, audio, databases, email) using AI models trained locally, without information leaving the organization’s own infrastructure. The partnership is strategically aligned with Arctic Stream’s AI on-premises direction, addressing customers in sectors with critical infrastructure and national security requirements.
